Sales Manager

About this Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our EMC sales team in the North of will be shaping smarter asset strategies and providing sustainable vehicle and equipment solutions for customers in the waste recycling and utilities sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive growth coach your team and build long-lasting client relationships.

• Lead and inspire a regional sales team to deliver results
• Win new contracts and grow existing accounts across the North
• Spot opportunities to expand our presence in the municipal and utilities market
• Guide your team to be confident trusted partners for our clients
• Report on sales performance and develop clear growth strategies

About You

You are a proven people manager who thrives in a fast-paced client-facing environment. Commercially sharp and passionate about sustainable solutions you know how to get the best from a sales team while building strong partnerships with customers.

• Proven track record of success in B2B salesB2B sales experience ideally in equipment rental waste management or utilities.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching sales teams with a history of developing people and driving results.
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with public and private sector clients
• Organised self-motivated and confident using CRM tools and reporting software
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands
