About the Role
The Site Manager will lead the day-to-day management of the school site and coordinate a team of caretaking and facilities staff. You will ensure that all buildings grounds and facilities are safe secure and maintained to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing site operations maintenance and security
Managing and leading site staff including caretakers and cleaners
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Coordinating contractors deliveries and facility projects
Budget planning and resource management

Previous experience in site management or facilities leadership
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Knowledge of Health & Safety and statutory compliance
Ability to manage staff contractors and budgets effectively
Proactive reliable and detail-oriented
