About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Off-line Media Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our media campaigns ensuring seamless execution and flawless contract management in a high-stakes environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: submit contracts to legal track active agreements monitor expiration dates and maintain organized documentation systems
Handle billing operations: follow up with media vendors process invoices and coordinate payment submissions with our finance team
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while resolving day-to-day operational challenges
Create update and manage comprehensive media planning spreadsheets and databases
Handle Out-of-Home (OOH) media planning and location selection processes
Assist in managing lead generation events focused on our customer segment
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all processes to prevent additional costs and delays

What You Need to Succeed:

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with external vendors
Practical mindset with appreciation for routine and process-driven work

Experience with contract management or financial operations is highly valued
Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data organization
