Our purpose is to drive efficiency and scalable growth across all Nubank geographies through a Global Services Platform built for excellence. By combining an AI-first mindset with deep expertise we orchestrate the end-to-end Source-to-Pay value chain including Procurement Accounts Payable and Travel. We deliver smart automated and standardized services that simplify operations and ensure global consistency.
You will be responsible for
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects in Source to Pay ensuring high-quality delivery within scope time and budget while acting as a focal point for critical initiatives.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner negotiating complex requirements and aligning priorities with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Digital Transformation: Champion the digital agenda by integrating AI-driven solutions and automation to optimize Source-to-Pay workflows. Drive continuous improvement fostering a culture of standardization and efficiency to scale operations globally.
- Governance & Risk: Own the risk management framework proactively identifying vulnerabilities leading internal process audits and ensuring a robust compliance posture across Source to Pay operations.
- Executive Decision Support: Prepare high-level reports KPIs and insights to support strategic decision-making and executive-level presentations.
- Change Management: Lead the adoption of new processes and tools crafting communication strategies that ensure seamless transitions across the entire organization.

Must Have
- Languages: Advanced in English and Intermediate in Spanish.
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing complex global end-to-end projects and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Stakeholder Influence: Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic Mindset: High level of autonomy and ability to align operations with long-term business goals.

- Risk & Compliance: Solid background in risk management frameworks internal controls and process audits.
- ERP & Procurement Tools: Proficiency in SAP and Ariba.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira Software and Service Management.
- S2P Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Shared Services Center.
- Data Literacy: Proficiency in SQL Python or Scala for data-driven analysis.
- Digital & AI Fluency: Proactive interest in AI adoption and automation for process transformation.
