Job Summary

Subject to formal establishment a role will become available for a SNCO (SSgt - WO1) to serve as SNCO Apprenticeships R Signals based at HQ R Signals in Blandford on FTRS(HC) TACoS with a proposed start date of 01 Apr 26 (open to some adjustment if necessary).

The successful candidate will support SO1 Apprenticeships (Capbadge Apprenticeships Lead) to coordinate the delivery of Royal Signals Apprenticeships in line with Army Apprenticeship programme policies. Outputs include:

Act as the primary link between R SIGNALS apprenticeships and DSCIS/11th Signal Regiment.

Maintain close collaboration with the contracted Service Provider (SP) and act as the conduit for communications between unit and SP in order to ensure apprentices are prepared for Gateway (GW) and End Point Assessment (EPA).

Conduit between the apprentice Line Manager Service Provider (SP) and End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) in order to ensure readiness for EPA.

Develop/maintain data of performance across all R Signals apprenticeships.

Manage receipt and processing of EPA certificates.

Maintain R SIGNALS apprenticeship SharePoint site in collaboration with iHub.

Assist in the delivery of the annual R SIGNALS Apprenticeships Awards and collaborate with key stakeholders on nominations for Army and wider awards.

Undertake additional tasks in support of R Signals Apprenticeships/HQ R Signals as directed.
