Job Summary
Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time LPN/RN to join our healthcare team in Silver Spring this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health status treatment plans and care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate attitude and strong commitment to patient care.
