• Strategic Financial Planning:Drive the preparation of accurate annual budgets and detailed financial forecasts in support of program delivery and expansion goals.
• Performance Reporting:Prepare scrutinize and analyze core financial statements (Balance Sheets Income Statements Cash Flow) to provide clear insights to senior leadership and auditors.
• Decision Support Analysis:Conduct advanced financial modeling and analysis to inform strategic business decisions related to program funding and operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Stewardship:Ensure rigorous adherence to all relevant accounting standards tax legislation and broader regulatory compliance requirements for the program entity.
• Liquidity Management:Oversee daily cash flow management ensuring optimal liquidity positioning through proactive forecasting and budgeting mechanisms.
• Risk Mitigation:Proactively identify assess and implement strategies to mitigate key financial risks including market credit and operational exposures.
• Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary financial liaison translating complex financial data into clear actionable insights for management funding partners and external stakeholders.
