A24 Group is a well-established internationally operating staffing business with a proven track record since 1996. Were looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Junior Key Account Manager to join our Cape Town team and help nurture and grow our existing client base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their account management career who is passionate about client service building long-term partnerships and delivering real value. Youll work alongside experienced account managers and cross-functional teams while taking ownership of your own portfolio of accounts.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing a dedicated portfolio of existing client accounts serving as a trusted point of contact for their staffing needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within each account
- Conducting regular client check-ins service reviews and satisfaction assessments
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account revenue and deepen partnerships
- Collaborating with recruitment compliance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handling client queries concerns and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Tracking account performance against SLAs and KPIs and providing clients with regular reporting and insights
- Keeping CRM and internal systems up to date with accurate account information
- Reporting to management on account health risks and growth opportunities
- Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better serve and advise clients
What Youll Need
- Matric / Grade 12 (a tertiary qualification in Business Management Marketing or a related field is advantageous)
- 12 years experience in account management client services customer success or relationship management
- Healthcare or staffing industry experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook); CRM experience is beneficial
- Ideally own reliable transport.
