Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and oversee environmental compliance strategies aligned with corporate goals
Provide guidance and mentorship on Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives assigning priorities and ensuring efficient resource allocation across compliance and sustainability projects
Oversee tracking of global environmental regulations and governance requirements and communicate associated trends and risks
Ensure the company meets regulatory obligations including documentation reporting and audit readiness
Review and serve as primary liaison for internal and public sustainability and compliance disclosures ensuring alignment with global reporting standards and customer requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Business or related field. Masters preferred
10 years of experience in environmental compliance sustainability or ESG management
Strong knowledge of global environmental regulations and corporate ESG reporting standards and proven experience managing multi-departmental projects
Excellent communication strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable company-wide initiatives
Please note that this is a fixed term leave coverage for 12 months.

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$98900.00 - $148300.00STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
