Develops tools and processes to support organizational sustainability and agility to adapt to change. Collaborates with leaders to engage and retain employees. Supports leaders to implement identified organizational strategies to achieve our Key : Education/Skills Required: degree in Statistics Accounting Business Administration Health or related field required. Masters Sigma certification knowledge of complex business and operational aspects of the health care industry including understanding of the market financial and operational data required for planning evaluation and assessment of health care judgment solid decision-making skills and ability to solve problems in complex multivariate communication skills both oral and written organizational skill in complex analyses strategic planning business planning facilities and/or operational planning including sophisticated financial modeling; budgeting and forecasting skill in Excel Word PowerPoint applicable the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
