Job Summary
As a New Business Manager you will drive growth across the Free Trade channel in your region securing high-quality independent customers and building long-term partnerships with key operators. This is a field-based role where youll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications :
As New Business Manager you will
- Target and secure new business with Multiple Retail Groups and strategic independent Free Trade customers
- Build trusted relationships with owners directors and senior decision-makers
- Create compelling commercial proposals tailored to each customers operation
- Lead negotiations and close profitable long-term supply agreements
- Manage a high-quality pipeline with clear visibility of value and conversion
What youll bring
- Proven experience in new business development and high-level sales
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex deals
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage a pipeline and deliver against ambitious growth targets
- Self-motivated resilient and confident working autonomously in the field
