As a Senior Sales Customer Representative for Vaccines you will play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge products and building strong relationships with healthcare providers. Join us in our mission to save and improve lives around the world.
Responsibilities
Assess client needs and promote our companys Vaccines.
Meet and Exceed set budgets.
Meet with targeted doctors and healthcare providers and utilize sales skills to persuade them to prescribe the companys products. This may include a selected OBGYN GPs Nurses Pharmacies.
Attend sales meetings conference calls and training sessions.
May be required to attend weekend company conference meetings.
Build strong business relationships with customers leading to satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with the Vaccines Cross Functional Team to achieve territory portfolio objectives.
Share all information with colleagues through the CRM system and other tools to ensure that customer information is continuously updated.
Use data from the CRM as well as other data and own experience to ensure an update of the customers information.
Promote products ethically and within compliance based on the companys sales process and approved marketing strategy.
Arrange appointments with targeted HCPs and all relevant stakeholders.
Make presentations to targeted doctors and medical personnel for this portfolio.
Organize continued medical education (CME) for doctors and other medical staff.
Perform training on company brands to medical professionals and accounts.
Adhere to operational effectiveness requirements.
Manage budgets for travel and expenses.
Respond promptly to business issues within a short timeframe.
Report adverse events in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required
Degree/diploma in the medical or para-medical field and/or BSC Degree will be advantageous.
Pharmaceutical selling experience in the Vaccines environment required
Skills:
Superior time management skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Computer literacy: Excel/PowerPoint.
High interpersonal skills & Customer Centricity.
Experience with Sales Force effectiveness.
