• Support VP in all Customer and Partner Interactions. Prep Meeting Follow Up Documentation CRM Ensure fast progress on agreed actions
• Support VP in the preparation of Presentations Business Cases BITKOM activities.
• Run Forecast Management: Pro-Active Management of Pipeline Forecast also midterm (3 quarter ahead) Drive highest Pipeline Hygiene Send out pro-Active Information on KPIs
• Support German LT Meetings: Agenda Meeting Notes Follow Ups
• Support VP and German LT with research analysis ad-hoc analysis identification of Whitespaces sharpen our strategy keeping the book of business up to date
• Support VP in planning Executive Meetings
• Support VP with partnership with Glacier (ESG)
• Support VP on all office activities coordination with the Office Leads in Germany
• Support VP on Schwarz Partner (XM Cyber)
• Support VP with key market insights monitor Press major happenings relevant for ServiceNow
• Support VP with coordination and set up of All-Hands
• Partnering with cross functional teams - Sales Operations German Leadership Team Office Leads Client Director Enterprise Account Executive Sales Manager Corp HQ regional Chiefs of Staff Regional and EMEA leadership P5 HR Finance Legal Comms

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. 
• 12 years ofhands-on projectmanagement experience
• Experience managingmultiple largeprograms/projectsin enterpriseenvironmentsdelivering businessapplicationsfor one or more departments
• Experience with Agile traitsandtechniques: Leandesignaccommodatingchangingrequirements iterationsloopfeedback with customerinvolvement
• Experience leading SteeringCommitteemeetings withexecutive management
• Should guideteams and provide technicalsolutions while mitigatingorremoving hurdles / obstacles
• Experience overcomingproject crisis
