Your Mission
Build grow and optimise a profitable DACH influencer portfolio while ensuring strong execution discipline and financial ownership.
You are not here to support a portfolio you are here to build and own one.
Core Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Building & Ownership
Build and manage your own DACH influencer portfolio (sourcing pitching negotiating closing onboarding)
Own influencer relationships end-to-end
Optimise portfolio performance based on ROI and profitability targets
Conduct performance reviews and make scaling decisions (scale / pause / renegotiate)
Act as a sparring partner on portfolio strategy and channel direction
You are accountable for:
2. Campaign Execution & Performance Optimisation
Execute campaigns from briefing through delivery
Negotiate rates and commercial terms
Ensure tracking accuracy and deliverable quality
Identify optimisation levers across formats creators and pricing
Independently manage trade-offs within agreed budget frameworks
We expect judgment in:
3. Budget Responsibility & Financial Ownership
Manage a defined monthly booking budget
Ensure invoice tracking and payment coordination
Maintain financial transparency and documentation
Act as interface between Influencer team and Finance
Contribute to absolute profitability (not just revenue)
4. Sourcing & Market Development
Especially in the first 612 months sourcing and pitching will be a core focus.
Continuously source new creators in the DACH market
Build new relationships proactively
Identify emerging formats and market opportunities
Contribute market insights to the broader team
This is a building role not a maintenance role.
5. Reporting & Cross-Team Alignment
Maintain clear portfolio tracking and documentation
Prepare structured monthly portfolio summaries for leadership
Provide budget vs. revenue overview
Share optimisation insights and key learnings
Collaborate closely with performance marketing and finance
What Success Looks Like 612 Months In
You have built a stable profitable DACH influencer portfolio
Invoicing and administration are structured organised and timely
You independently manage negotiations and optimisation decisions
You are recognised as a trusted sparring partner in channel discussions
Portfolio performance shows clear optimisation improvements over time
Who You Are
Must-Haves
23 years experience in influencer marketing or creator management
Experience owning or co-owning influencer portfolios
Strong negotiation skills
Commercial mindset with focus on profitability
Structured and reliable in execution
Comfortable managing budgets and financial workflows
Fluent in German and English
Nice to Haves
Experience in subscription or performance-driven businesses
Experience working in lean fast-paced teams
French language skills (bonus not required)
Your Impact & Leverage
Direct revenue impact through influencer channel performance
Ownership over a defined commercial budget
Influence on DACH market development
Contribution to scaling a key growth channel
Working Model
Part-time: 2530 hours/week
Core collaboration hours required on weekdays for meetings
During the first 35 months higher availability may be required (e.g. temporary increase in hours during onboarding & peak coverage)
Long-term structure remains part-time
