Job Summary
About your tasks:
Supporting the Accounts Receivable team with administrative and operational tasks
Processing incoming payments and credit notes including accurate allocation and documentation
Assisting in reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
Responding to standard inquiries regarding payments and account balances from internal and external contacts
Supporting ad-hoc tasks to help reduce the teams workload and improve processes
Qualifications :
About you:
You are enrolled in a degree program related to finance accounting or a similar field for the entire duration of the contract (until June 30 2026)
You work in an organized and detail-oriented manner
You are comfortable with repetitive tasks and complete them reliably
You have basic knowledge of Excel and are open to learning accounting systems
You are fluent in English written and spoken; German or Dutch language skills are a plus
You are available to come to the office in Sevenum at least twice per week for 2 hours each time
