Job Summary
Join our Global Cybersecurity (GCS) Team as a Communications & Design Intern and play a key role in centralizing resources supporting internal campaigns and creating branded assets that align with Manulifes standards. This role combines creativity technology and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Design and develop a SharePoint site to centralize GCS resources and updates.
Create branded templates and visual assets aligned with Manulifes brand standards.
Support internal communication campaigns and culture initiatives.
Coordinate 2026 cybersecurity training sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Assist with day-to-day administrative and creative tasks to enable strategic priorities.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and communications teams to deliver high-quality content.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications Graphic Design Digital Media Marketing Information Technology Web Design/Development Cybersecurity or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience with graphic design tools.
Familiarity with branding principles and digital marketing concepts.
Knowledge of web design or SharePoint customization.
Ability to share a portfolio showcasing design and communication work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in technology.
