Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented D365 Functional Analyst to join our growing IT this critical role you will play a key part in the successful implementation improvement and support of our D365 F&O environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders IT teams and external vendors to analyze business needs design and implement solutions and ensure the optimal use of D365 F&O across our organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the design implementation and evolution of D365 F&O to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance IT user and stakeholder teams to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization through D365 F&O.
  • Monitor Microsoft updates and the product roadmap and define adoption plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and maintain a long-term continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Design oversee and secure integrations between D365 F&O and other systems (ERP CRM etc.) and resolve integration issues.
  • Ensure system maintenance upgrades and performance in collaboration with the D365 analyst.
  • Act as a D365 F&O expert: mentor translate business needs into solutions communicate effectively and promote adoption through training documentation and user support.

Qualifications :

To join our team:

  • You hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Dynamics AX).
  • You are proficient in the main D365 F&O modules (Finance Supply Chain Production).
  • You have proven experience in the design development integration and deployment of D365 F&O solutions.
  • You understand software development methodologies (Agile V-model).
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills a strong collaborative spirit autonomy and a strong commitment to quality.
  • You have knowledge of X or Azure and hold Microsoft D365 F&O certifications (assets).
  • You demonstrate a strong capacity for learning and are bilingual in French and English.
