Responsibilities:

Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry drywall appliances and anything else that may come up
Supervise and train maintenance and make-ready employees
Review and oversee property appearance curb appeal work order completion shop organization inventory control and make-ready management
Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner
Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience
HVAC certification preferred
Excellent mechanical electrical plumbing & HVAC
Excellent leadership and communication
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes
Yardi experience preferred
A valid Drivers License reliable transportation and valid insurance required
Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks
On Call for all Emergencies
Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents prospective residents coworkers and vendors
