Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company that has been serving its clients since 1983 and boasts a strong customer retention rate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a proven ability to manage personal lines accounts effectively.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45000 - $75000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives: Commission opportunities (25% on new business 15% on renewals)
- Benefits:
- Health insurance available (individual-friendly)
- Short-term disability accident and critical illness coverage
- Remote Work: 1 day remote per week after 90 days of training/onboarding
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will:
- Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish including handling inbound calls billing claims quoting new business and remarketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs.
- Handle accounts with an average premium of $2000 with some accounts reaching up to $10000 in premium.
- Work with various carriers including Patriot Andover USLI Chubb Foremost Guard Hanover and others.
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred. Candidates with experience in captives or carriers are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication organizational and customer service skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS 360 software is preferred.
- Work Ethic: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and meeting client needs.
