Technical Lead - SFMC
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions including but not limited to Email Studio Automation Studio Journey Builder and Content Builder.
- Oversee the integration of SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants on best practices coding standards and solution design.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SFMC solutions.
- Develop advanced SSJS AMPscript SQL queries and API integrations to customize SFMC for client-specific needs.
- Build and optimize automations journeys and triggered sends for personalized customer engagement.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SFMC strategies with organizational goals.
- Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- Architect end-to-end campaign solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer journey strategies.
- Evaluate and implement new SFMC features and updates to maximize the platforms capabilities.
- Provide strategic recommendations for improving customer engagement and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong expertise in SSJS AMPscript SQL and REST/SOAP API integrations.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
Solid understanding of customer data models segmentation and personalization.
