JOB TITLE: Automotive Parts Counter Associate
REPORTS TO:Parts Manager
LOCATION: Cincinnati OH
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide fast and Courteous service to technicians wholesale and retail customers
- List and price out all sublet repair work on Repair Orders
- Accurately handle costing of parts on Repair Orders and Counter Tickets
- Pull parts for customers and technicians
- Notify administrative assistant of damaged or defective parts for claim processing
- Keep work area clean free of debris safe an put away loose stock
- Report all lost sales
- Answer telephone in accordance with dealership guidelines. Solicit orders or answer questions as appropriate
- Maintain record of all special order report provided by administrative assistant
- Assist shipping and receiving clerk
WERE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Availabilityto utilize various inventory softwaresystems
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum 2 years auto parts experience preferred.
- Professional and friendly personality
