Our team is passionate about innovation collaboration and building a strong brand presence across digital platforms. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow with us as we prepare for market launch.
Your Role
This is not a typical sales position. Youll acquire clients while helping design our client acquisition strategy for Microsoft consulting services in the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland).
Responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B clients for Microsoft-focused consulting (permanent and contract roles).
- Position our consultant expertise to HR IT and procurement decision-makers.
- Leverage LinkedIn email campaigns and personal networks to initiate conversations.
- Act as strategic advisor optimizing outreach funnels scripts and client onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with founder and consultants for seamless handoffs and client retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or sales preferably in consulting or HR tech.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (we use Manatal) and outreach automation.
- Strategic thinking to co-develop processes not just execute them.
- Self-driven with outcome-oriented mindset.
