Our department is responsible for purchasing external logistics services such as transportation (airfreight sea freight overland transports) packaging materials and warehousing for the Bosch Group worldwide. Our headquarter in Stuttgart-Feuerbach manages the global organization and defines purchasing strategies. We offer an international and innovative working environment a strategic overview and a high number of interfaces to internal and external business partners.
- During your internship you will assist in the development of purchasing and supplier strategies particularly in purchasing of Logistic Transport Services.
- We involve you in international tenders and you will support strategic projects such as global framework agreements purchasing processes and requesting EU Competition Commission on planned mergers in the transport industry.
- Furthermore you will independently take over projects relating to purchasing processes purchasing controlling and the development of standards.
- Your job will also include supporting our national and international buyers in Europe North and Latin America Asia and India.
- Finally you will be responsible for project management (e.g. preparing for management reviews and supplier meetings) supporting our digitalization strategy developing automated purchasing processes and supporting purchasing management.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of (Technical) Business Administration Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Informatics Business Development Mathematics with a focus on Purchasing Logistics Supply Chain Management or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office (Excel Word Power Point); experience with Power BI or comparable IT solution is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you are conscientious and resilient you work independently and structured communicate effectively and adapt quickly to changes
- Languages: very good in English German is a plus

Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
