Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential clients across commercial industrial and residential sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Work closely with the engineering team to propose customized HVAC solutions based on client requirements.
- Lead site surveys with subcontractors and vendors for HVAC upgrading projects including chiller plants and airside systems.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations proposals and cost solutions to clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation proposal development negotiation to deal closure.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates for management review.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships through consultative selling.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Energy Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in HVAC solutions sales.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (chiller plant airside systems energy solutions).
- Good negotiation presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5500 VB (4.8 Months)
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work 9am - 6pm
