We are looking for a Regional Education Sales Representative to join our high-performance mission-driven team. This role is essential in expanding our impact and connecting with prospective families across Asia.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for potential families. Your role will involve engaging with leads qualifying them for the admissions process and representing our values and strengths throughout the sales journey.
Responsibilities
- Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes
- Updating the record of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Establish develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships
- Engage families through outreach activities such as school talks and careers expos when required
- Ensure that data is diligently accurately entered and managed within the Client Relations Management (CRM) system
- Submit weekly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for management
- Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (essential)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential)
- Background knowledge of and/or experience at a US or UK university (nice to have)
- Previous sales/SDR experience (nice to have)
- Previous Salesforce experience (nice to have)
