Key Roles

Freight forwarding operations management & process optimization
Shipment tracking documentation and regulatory compliance
Team coordination between sales warehouse and logistics partners
System administration and data integrity (Office 365 CRMs ERPs)
Cost control and KPI monitoring

Ideal Profile

2 to 4 years in logistics supply chain or freight forwarding operations
Proficiency in modern tech stack (Office 365 CRMs ERPs automation tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with shipment documentation (customs HS codes documentation)
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workflows
Basic knowledge of international shipping regulations preferred
