As a Trainee HR Operations you will be involved in various aspects of HR operations learning from experienced professionals while supporting key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HRIS data integrity.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees including documentation and orientation.
- Help in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Participate in payroll preparation and leave management ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in drafting HR communications and policy updates under supervision.
- Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
Requirements- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles Provident Funds Leaves Attendance and labor laws.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
