- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Role Overview
We are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers of a well-known hot beverages machine brand. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries providing product and technical support and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a structured and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat in Flemish
- Handle inquiries related to products orders troubleshooting and after-sales support
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate and timely solutions
- Follow internal procedures quality guidelines and service standards
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
- Meet customer satisfaction quality and productivity KPIs
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
Requirements
- Fluent Flemish (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in Customer Service or call center environments is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model
- Comfortable using multiple systems and standard office tools
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
- Performance / Complexity Bonus: 100 (paid over 11 months)
