Finance Career in Porto: Order to Cash Specialist (French & English)
Are you a finance or accounting professional who speaks French and English We are looking for an Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist to join a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) hub in the beautiful city of Porto Portugal.

The Mission: Driving Financial Excellence
In this role you will be responsible for the seamless flow of the Order to Cash cycle:
- Accounts Receivable & Billing: Manage the processing of invoices and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Credit & Collections: Monitor aging reports manage credit limits and maintain proactive communication with French-speaking clients to ensure timely payments.
- Dispute Management: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with sales and logistics teams.
- Cash Application: Ensure incoming payments are accurately allocated to the correct accounts.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and improve KPIs related to DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Your Profile:
- Language Mastery: Native or near-native French (C1/C2) and professional English (C1) are essential for this international environment.
- Finance Background: Previous experience in O2C Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
- Detail-Oriented: A high level of accuracy and a get it right the first time mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Problem Solver: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex financial reconciliations.
