Role Overview:

As a Travel Customer Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and stress-free travel experiences. Through clear and professional communication across multiple channels you will assist customers with bookings changes cancellations and general travel-related questions. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused organized and eager to grow in the travel and service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

rovide professional empathetic and accurate support via phone email and chat
Assist customers with bookings itinerary changes cancellations and refund requests
Follow internal procedures (SOPs) to resolve cases efficiently or escalate when required
Meet defined performance targets including quality standards and SLA metrics
Stay up to date with travel policies system tools and destination requirements through continuous training
Maintain a customer-first approach by delivering clear practical and timely solutions
Share feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
