  • Rotative shifts between 08:00 23:00
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative for an App you will provide high-quality support to users in the French market. You will assist customers with account-related inquiries app usage transactions and general support ensuring a smooth and compliant user experience within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat email and/or phone in Dutch and English
  • Support users with account registration verification and profile management
  • Assist with questions related to bets payments bonuses and promotions
  • Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues and provide clear solutions
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and internal procedures
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Meet defined quality standards KPIs and SLAs

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch and advanced English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotative shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Lisbon

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in betting gaming fintech or regulated industries
  • Experience in a contact center or customer support role
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: 80 (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day
  • Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
