Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative for an App you will provide high-quality support to users in the French market. You will assist customers with account-related inquiries app usage transactions and general support ensuring a smooth and compliant user experience within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat email and/or phone in Dutch and English
- Support users with account registration verification and profile management
- Assist with questions related to bets payments bonuses and promotions
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues and provide clear solutions
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and internal procedures
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet defined quality standards KPIs and SLAs
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch and advanced English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in rotative shifts including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Lisbon
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in betting gaming fintech or regulated industries
- Experience in a contact center or customer support role
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 80 (paid over 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day
- Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
