Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers handling inquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in German
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
- German C2 level (mandatory)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work in rotative shifts
- Starting date: 22/Jan/2026
Compensation & Benefits
- 1300 per month
- 200 per month performance bonus
