Job Summary

We are looking for Danish-speaking candidates with strong English proficiency to join an on-site technical customer service team dedicated to enhancing online search experiences. This position involves guiding users solving technical problems and contributing to the accuracy and quality of digital search functions.

Your main responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues reviewing user reports managing real-time support requests and escalating complex situations. You will follow detailed workflows and maintain service excellence throughout all interactions. Analytical thinking clarity in communication and adaptability are essential in this role.

DANISH JOB DESCRIPTION

Vi søger dansktalende profiler med gode engelskkundskaber til et onsite-team i Lissabon der arbejder med teknisk kundeservice relateret til søgemaskiner. Du vil hjælpe brugere med at forstå funktioner løse tekniske udfordringer og sikre en positiv oplevelse når de anvender digitale søgeredskaber.

Dine daglige opgaver omfatter at analysere henvendelser identificere fejl give klare løsninger og eskalere avancerede tekniske problemer til specialiserede teams. Du arbejder efter strukturerede procedurer og leverer service af høj kvalitet i hver interaktion. Rollen kræver både tålmodighed stærke kommunikative evner og teknisk forståelse.

Arbejdstiderne er baseret på roterende vagter fra mandag til søndag. Du vil være en del af et internationalt og mangfoldigt arbejdsmiljø hvor samarbejde og faglig udvikling vægtes højt.
