Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior or M&A Analyst to join a leading advisory firm in Kazakhstan. The company works with top local and international clients in M&A and portfolio management. The role calls for sharp thinking steady execution and the drive to work on complex deals.

Responsibilities:

Take part in M&A and Debt Advisory projects from start to finish. This includes buy-side and sell-side work joint ventures venture capital and private equity deals.
Build and review financial models.
Run business valuations financial analysis and benchmarking.
Prepare presentations teasers information memoranda and analytical reports for clients.
Research markets shape strategies and study competitors.
Join negotiations and help maintain strong client relationships at every stage of the deal.
Work closely with the Investment Director and firm partners to meet key goals.

Requirements:

Degree in finance or economics from a strong university. CFA is a plus.
1 to 4 years of experience in M&A corporate finance or valuation at an investment bank internal M&A team private equity or venture capital firm or a Big Four firm.
Solid financial modelling and valuation skills.
Strong command of Excel PowerPoint and financial databases.
Clear analytical thinking and strong communication.
Ability to work under pressure and manage several priorities at once.
Fluent in English and Russian. Kazakh is an advantage.
International experience is a plus.
