Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Recruiter to support our growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing engaging and assessing candidates for a variety of roles within our client organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment client management and talent strategy within the exciting startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefings to offer management.
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit and motivation.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Help build and nurture a pipeline of talented professionals for future opportunities.
- Support senior recruiters in client meetings job mapping and market research.
- Keep accurate records in our ATS and ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent movements in Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related HR role. Internship experience is welcome.
- Strong interest in a career in executive search or headhunting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-driven curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Organized detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
