We are currently seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team in the aeronautics sector. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in CNC programming and machining processes. This is an on-site full-time position based in North Bengaluru India.

Overall Purpose
As a CNC Programmer you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce high-precision components for aeronautic applications. This role involves strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure that all parts meet stringent specifications and quality standards.
Job Description:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for the production of aerospace components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create CNC programs.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and design teams to refine and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in team projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity on the shop floor.
Job Requirements:
- 10-12 years of proven experience as a CNC Programmer or Operator in the aerospace sector.
- Proficient in CNC programming languages (e.g. G-code Mastercam etc.).
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials used in aeronautics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in North Bengaluru India.
