Barcelona Hybrid Permanent Contract

Your Mission

As a German-speaking BDR you will:

Drive Growth

  • Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets.

  • Maintain strong daily and weekly activity levels.

Engage With Decision-Makers

  • Execute outbound calls and emails (including cold calls).

  • Build immediate rapport with C-level executives and understand their business challenges.

Consult & Educate

  • Identify prospects pain points and translate them into tailored Google Cloud solutions.

  • Demonstrate value through consultative solution-focused conversations.

Manage Your Sales Pipeline

  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in Salesforce (CRM).

  • Track all interactions ensuring clarity and continuity for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate & Contribute

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Align with individual and team KPIs: productivity conversion pipeline.

What You Bring

Minimum Requirements

  • C2 German fluent English.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Initial experience in B2B outbound sales or business development (IT experience is a plus).

  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts (Google Cloud Platform preferred).

  • Strong business acumen and ability to link needs with solutions.

  • Comfortable with quotas and phone-based outreach.

  • Solid IT skills and fast computer navigation.

Preferred

  • 1 year in IT outbound prospecting or a similar role.

  • Proven cold-calling success and handling large account portfolios.

  • Experience with Salesforce or any CRM platform.

  • Ability to spot key decision makers with confidence and ease.

  • A competitive resilient goal-driven mindset.

  • Understanding of the DACH market.
