What You Will Do

• Assist Dutch-speaking users with product questions troubleshooting needs and general support requests

• Deliver accurate information and empathetic customer care through phone email and chat

• Follow established service procedures while also showing initiative in providing solutions

• Record and update all interactions in the internal system

• Identify recurring issues and escalate when needed

• Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals

• Participate in coaching sessions and skill-building workshops

• Fluent Dutch and confident English

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona

In deze on-site functie in Barcelona sta je dagelijks in contact met Nederlandstalige gebruikers die ondersteuning zoeken bij een modern en technologisch product. Je biedt hulp bij vragen geeft technische uitleg en zorgt voor een klantgerichte afhandeling. Deze rol is perfect voor kandidaten die willen groeien binnen klantenservice energie halen uit probleemoplossing en graag werken in een internationale werkomgeving.

Je Dagelijkse Taken

• Ondersteunen van Nederlandstalige klanten via telefoon e-mail en chat

• Beantwoorden van vragen over functies instellingen en productgebruik

• Registreer iedere klantinteractie zorgvuldig in het systeem

• Identificeren van veelvoorkomende vragen en indien nodig escaleren

• Meewerken aan het behalen van servicetargets

• Deelnemen aan trainingen coaching en ontwikkelingsprogrammas

Jouw Profiel

• Vloeiend Nederlands goede beheersing van Engels

• Ervaring met klantenservice is een plus maar niet verplicht

• Bereidheid om op locatie in Barcelona te werken

• Empathisch geduldig en oplossingsgericht

• Je voelt je comfortabel in een hoog tempo met veel interactie

• Basis pc-vaardigheden

• EU-burgerschap of volledige EU-werktoestemming
