This is a high-impact business-critical role focused on qualifying leads and generating new business opportunities within the Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish markets. Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: (Highly competitive premium rate).
  • Commission (OTE): On-Target Earnings (OTE) frequently reach up to 42000 to 45000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead qualification for the Nordic-speaking market (Sweden Denmark Norway or Finland).
  • Strategically use phone email and social channels to identify and engage decision-makers in B2B accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book qualified meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Articulate the value proposition of cutting-edge software solutions to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Native or high-level fluency (C1/C2) in at least one Nordic language (Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish) is mandatory.
  • Fluent English is required for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in Sales Lead Generation or Business Development is highly preferred.
  • Strong desire to meet and exceed targets with a resilient and results-driven mindset.
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU/Spain.
