What Youll Be Doing

Converting qualified high-intent leads into premium property sales
Managing the full buyer journey with authority and expertise
Delivering exceptional polished property viewings
Building and nurturing a strong CRM-driven pipeline
Collaborating with a high-performance team in one of Europes most lucrative markets

Who This Is For

Minimum 3 years experience selling property on the Costa del Sol
Fluent in English and Spanish
PLUS one of the following languages (we are hiring 5 agents each targeting a specific international market):

French
Polish
Dutch
German
Scandinavian language

Proven track record of closing premium deals
Comfortable working on high level commissions with confidence in your earning ability
CRM-experienced and self-driven
