About the Role

As an Exterior Finishing Carpenter you will contribute to the construction of high-end custom homes by installing premium siding systems architectural details and exterior finishes. You will work closely with a skilled hardworking crew to deliver clean precise workmanship using cedar fibre-cement products and other specialty materials. This role is ideal for carpenters who take pride in detailed craftsmanship and enjoy contributing to standout residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install cedar shingles cedar siding Hardie panels Hardie shingles and related exterior systems.

• Complete soffits trims post-and-beam cladding and architectural exterior details.

• Perform waterproofing flashing sanding and surface preparation.

• Work safely on scaffolding and participate in site organization and cleanup.

• Support the crew lead and coordinate effectively with team members and trades.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in siding or exterior finishing carpentry.

• Strong attention to detail with pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

• Reliable punctual energetic and comfortable working outdoors year-round.

• Positive team-oriented attitude.

• Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new techniques.
