Job Summary
Start or grow your career in customer support with an international company in Greece! We are hiring multilingual Customer Support Agents for customer care projects supporting international clients.
Both remote (from Greece) and onsite roles are available.
Open language roles:
German Spanish Italian Slovak French Swedish
(Fluency in one language is enough)
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat email and phone
- Assist with reservations and account updates
- Follow step-by-step procedures
- Maintain high service quality standards
- Work as part of a supportive international team
Requirements:
- C1 level in one foreign language
- English B2
- Motivation to learn experience is optional
- Ability to work with standard computer systems
- EU passport or valid Greek residence permit is a MUST
