- Problem Solving: Use structured troubleshooting to provide clear practical solutions.
- Case Management: Accurately log interactions and feedback in our internal CRM.
- Quality Excellence: Ensure all cases are resolved within agreed SLAs while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues and navigate them through the proper internal channels.
What You Bring to the Team
- Language Mastery: Native or C1C2 level Croatian and strong English (C1).
- Education: High School Diploma or higher.
- Analytical Mindset: A knack for troubleshooting and connecting the dots to solve customer puzzles.
- Availability: Ready to work rotational shifts (MondaySunday) within the 08:0019:00 window.
- Right to Work: You must hold a valid EU Passport or a Greek Work Permit.
