Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate digital content according to established guidelines.
Handle user inquiries through chat email and other communication channels.
Make accurate and consistent decisions in line with company policies.
Document and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality service.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on process and policy changes.
Requirements:
Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written); good command of English.
Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to apply policies consistently.
Comfortable using computers multiple applications and digital tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural work environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is an advantage.
