Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Digital Sales Specialist to manage and grow business relationships with Dutch-speaking clients. This role focuses on outbound sales lead qualification and pipeline management with a strong emphasis on business development and revenue growth in a digital environment.

This is a fully remote position within Bulgaria offering stable working hours and a performance-driven compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound sales activities including cold calling and lead qualification
  • Identify and engage potential business clients using structured sales methodologies
  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in CRM systems
  • Meet sales targets through consistent pipeline management and follow-up
  • Apply business development strategies to grow and convert prospects

Candidate Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch (mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in B2B sales ideally within tech or digital advertising environments
  • Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Compensation

  • Gross base salary: 4242 BGN per month
  • Target bonus: 2000 BGN per quarter

    • Bonus system is quarterly-based and paid per quarter (not monthly)
