Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support the development optimization and scaling of our financial platform. This role encompasses full lifecycle engineering including design development security hardening and performance enhancement. The ideal candidate will contribute to core product initiatives such as multi-currency infrastructure third-party integrations and automation of platform reliability and security processes.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Audit & Development Support

Codebase Audit & Security Hardening

• Deploy and configure the application in a local development environment.
  
  

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of frontend and backend codebases for maintainability and compliance.
  
  

• Review system architecture with focus on financial logic authentication flows data security and API communication.
  
  

• Identify and mitigate risks including hardcoded credentials undocumented logic unsecured endpoints and potential vulnerabilities (SQL Injection XSS CSRF).
  
  

• Produce a detailed security audit report with remediation strategies and recommended improvements.
  
  

• Refactor and secure critical components following scalable and secure design best practices.
  
  

Platform Development & Engineering Support

• Build and enhance modular frontend and backend components for web and mobile platforms.
  
  

• Develop and optimize features such as rewards engines admin dashboards fraud monitoring tools and customer workflows.
  
  

• Integrate essential third-party systems including KYC/AML services payment gateways and currency providers.
  
  

• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering leadership to improve UX performance and code quality.
  
  

• Maintain clean architecture documentation standards automated testing and DevOps consistency.
  
  

• Support onboarding of new developers and ensure technical continuity.
  
  

Post-MVP Scaling & Advanced Feature Development

Advanced Feature Development & Scalability

• Lead development of advanced capabilities including multi-currency wallets automated loyalty/reward processing and enterprise-scale account management tools.
  
  

• Build fault-tolerant backend systems optimized for high availability.
  
  

• Develop secure and performant UI workflows for web and mobile experiences.
  
  

• Recommend frameworks SDKs or technologies aligned with the product roadmap.
  
  

Compliance Testing & Reliability

• Ensure platform aligns with regulatory requirements including AML/KYC and financial data protection.
  
  

• Implement automated testing CI/CD pipelines monitoring dashboards and alerting frameworks to maintain uptime reliability and security.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: HND / BSc / BA in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 35 years in Full Stack or Mobile Development; experience in fintech banking or transactional systems is preferred.

Technical Competencies:

• Proven Full Stack development experience.
  
  

• Proficiency in modern stacks:
  
  

  • Frontend: React React Native or Flutter
    
    

  • Backend: Django or Laravel
    
    

• Experience deploying solutions using AWS Firebase or similar cloud platforms.
  
  

• CI/CD pipeline experience is an advantage.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
  
  

• Advanced analytical thinking debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Excellent communication documentation and remote collaboration capabilities.
