Role Overview
As a Dynamics 365 Intern you will dive into sales operations and CRM solutions working on real projects that build a strong foundation for a career in Dynamics 365 and CRM systems. You will learn directly from experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business goals.
Learn how Dynamics 365 integrates with other business systems to drive automation and operational efficiency.
Assist with data analysis and reporting using Dynamics 365 tools to track sales metrics and support data-driven decisions.
Join training sessions and help create documentation that enables the sales team to fully leverage the platform.
Contribute to designing solutions in Dynamics 365 that improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Stay informed about new Dynamics 365 features and understand their impact on business operations.

Qualifications

Recent graduate in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of CRM concepts preferably with some exposure to Dynamics 365.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team.
Coursework or internship experience related to CRM systems is an advantage.
