Job Description:
As a Finance Executive the selected candidate will work closely with the seniors and the CFO supporting the day-to-day financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in accounting or finance-related roles who are ready to advance in their careers. Role and Responsibilities:
- Issuing Sales Invoices: Help maintain accurate records and ensure their finances are in check.
- Supporting the Finance Team: Collaborate with the finance team and work closely with the CFO.
- Following Up on Debtors: Ensure timely payments through efficient follow-ups.
- Posting & Reconciling Creditors Invoices: Manage creditor accounts effectively.
- Processing Payments: Guarantee that financial commitments are met on time.
- Petty Cash Reconciliation: Maintain balanced petty cash accounts.
- Posting General Journals: Assist with journal postings as needed.
- Maintaining Spreadsheets & Generating Reports: Organize data and deliver valuable insights.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on exciting challenges assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or currently pursuing ACCA or a related University degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset.
- An enthusiastic proactive individual eager to contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
