Job Summary

Job description:

Performs any combination of the following duties in the business officeof a commercial or industrial
Opens sorts and distributes incoming mail and collects seals andstamps outgoing mail.
Collects and distributes paperwork such as records or timecards fromone department to another.
Marks tabulates and files articles and records.
Able to use office equipment correctly and flawlessly such as an envelope-sealing machine letter opener record shaver a stamping machine and a transcribing machine.

Transportation Duties:

Drive employees or deliver documents/materials to specific locations when required.
Ensure the vehicle is clean well-maintained and report any issues promptly.
Follow safety procedures and report any incidents involving the vehicle.

Qualifications:

At least high school graduate or college level
Must have professional license of AB.
Familiarity with routes and traffic regulations in the assigned area.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting basic issues.
Proficiency in using navigation tools (maps GPS).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred residential is at Aurora Cubao Quezon City
Preferably with available requirements to join our team

Salary offer is Php 881.79 / day
