Job Summary

Our client is a leading provider of pressure washers waste oil heating floor care equipment and more. This position involves advising and selling parts to customers in person via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers in person via phone and email
Use customer provided information to identify product or parts needed
Use printed and digital catalogs and diagrams for product research
Advise customers of product price and availability
Cross sell complementary products and services
Prepare customer quotes estimates rental agreements and service requests
Input customer orders received via telephone email website
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Issue vendor purchase orders
Receive ship and store parts as needed
Follow up & monitor open customer orders daily
Communicate delivery status changes and or delays with customers
Follow up on customer order errors and remedy the situation

Desire to build strong customer relationships
Desire to develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products
Enjoy a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn the job and take on additional responsibilities
Mechanical aptitude strong organizational communication and time management skills
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
High level of accuracy
Professional appearance
Pass background check and drug screening
Local valid drivers license. Clean driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past five (5) years
No impaired driving convictions within the past five (5) years and no charges currently pending
